Foreign buyers lured by video

The weak pound and falling prices have made central London
property a great investment for overseas buyers – and the
capital’s agents are turning to online video in a bid to capitalise.
Marsh & Parsons, with 14 offices in London, has just
commissioned its first video tour for a £1.8 million, five-bedroom house
in Parsons Green. And managing director Peter Rollings believes online
video has a key role to play in attracting the growing number of foreign
nationals looking for a London property. “Right now there are so many
international buyers and it’s essential to be able to showcase properties as
accurately as possible via our website,” he said. Film production is by Real
Property Tours.
