MPL Interiors re-brand Chesterton Humberts
publication date: Nov 30, 2009
MPL Interiors have been appointed to carry out the exterior rebrand of Chesterton Humberts branches to bring the UK branch network within a single identity. Only Farleys, in South Kensington, will remain an independent brand. The international offices in St Tropez, Gibraltar, Lake Como, Singapore, Australia and Abu Dhabi will remain Chesterton.
The new Chesterton Humberts logo, based on the Chesterton branding already appears on all marketing material, including the merged website and the new logo is now becoming a familiar brand on the high street. Coloured in Chesterton’s trademark aubergine and highlighting the founding date of the older firm, the logotype is Caslon, an original British typeface chosen for its elegance, heritage and richness of character.
The new logo celebrates the merged company’s prestigious pedigree as well as its entrepreneurial spirit. Neville Page, marketing director, comments, “The new company identity highlights both companies’ impressive heritage of customer service, while adding a contemporary look and feel which emphasises Chesterton Humberts’ innovative culture.
“We are continually looking at how we can make best use of all available marketing options for our clients across all company disciplines. With the new identity launched, we will be moving forward in other areas to ensure Chesterton Humberts’ market leadership."
Chesterton Humberts appointed specialist estate agency design and build firm MPL Interiors to carry out the rebrand. MPL have worked closely with Chesterton for many years, carrying out the original Chesterton rebrand in 2006 and have been refurbishing Chesterton offices over the past three years, the latest being Mayfair which has been completed this month.
