Sequence has appointed Ben Marshalsay as Land Manager for the East Midlands. Ben joins Sequence from Knight Frank, where he was an Associate Partner in their Development Division. "With Ben's appointment as East Midlands Land Manager and Matt Powell covering the West Midlands, Sequence now has an excellent Land coverage to support its residential network right across the Midlands," says Divisional MD Graham Freeman.

Sequence has also appointed Jonathan Weedon as Area Manager for its branches in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Jonathan began his career with Sequence in 2004 at their William H Brown branch in Ipswich and went on to manage offices in Halstead and Sudbury.

Matthew Salvidge joins Marsh & Parsons as Head of Corporate & Relocation Services, following three years with from Foxtons Corporate Services. Meanwhile, Alex Philo has been appointed Marsh & Parsons' new Sales Manager at the company's Balham office. Alex has been with Marsh & Parsons for two and a half years, having worked as Senior Negotiator in the Chelsea office.
