The property portal group TDPG
has taken a 50 per cent stake in
Globrix, to bring the free-to-list
portal into its portfolio, joining
Primelocation, Findaproperty and
Findanewhome. Globrix was 50
per cent owned by News
International, who bailed out in
November 2009, when the
founders of Globrix ‘bought back’
the stake.
Mark Milner, (pictured) CEO of
TDPG, said, “Globrix.com will
remain a free-to-list portal. The
addition of Globrix to the TDPG
network is indicative of our desire
to offer agents and consumers a
compelling proposition – together,
we will have the most complete
inventory in the market and
continue our drive to offer
consumers, estate agents and
developers a unique solution.”
Daniel Lee, CEO of Globrix, said,
“I am very pleased that Globrix.com
will join the TDPG network – it was
important for me to work with a
partner who recognised the
importance of Globrix as a free-to-
list portal and continue to support
its incredible growth.”
