Chainbow was declared the Best London Property Management Company of the Year at the inaugural Property Management Awards held in London in December.

Chainbow received the accolade for its diligent communication with leaseholders, directors and freeholders as well as its commitment to transparent reporting, efficient handling of enquiries and delivering on its value for money promise. The company was one of four finalists for the category which received dozens of entries.
