Paragon Advance, service provider to the lettings industry, has recently launched the second of its two new websites www.paragonadvance.com.

Once registered on the site, landlords have access to all services including the company’s administration site where they can submit applications online, track progress of their existing applications and manage their account. As well as providing tenant referencing, insurance, rent warranties, debt recovery, eviction service, mortgages and property investment opportunities, the new site also offers a “search for a letting agent” facility.

Bryn Cole, MD says, “The two month redesign was the result of analysis of what our customers are looking for and want to know about.” The new website program started back in September with the launch of Paragon’s sister site, www.fccparagon.com which is aimed at lettings agents.
