Simpson & Partners, has been chosen as the sole agent for a 5000 unit housing development in Northamptonshire.

The Priors Hall Park site will become the UK’s largest current development when it begins and is expected to complete 450 units by the end of 2011.

Simpson & Partners currently has 40 staff in six locations, with a seventh office planned in the centre of the development. Movewithus will partner with the agent to launch a Part Exchange and Conveyancing package to help purchasers with their move.
