Circulation
PROPERTYdrum magazine mails out to 12,000 office address each month. The majority of the addresses are supplied to Propertydrum Ltd by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) under licence. PROPERTYdrum is independent of any association and helps to promote the professional code of practice set out by TPO.
Propertydrum Ltd publicises its circulation in this way in the interests of transparency for its advertisers and as an alternative to ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulations). As an alternative it is more cost effective for the publisher and is a simple, open and honest way to verify current circulation. ABC figures are by definition historical. ABC figures quoted for other property market publications are based on distribution figures recorded during the period July 2008 - June 2009. As such they can be up to two years out of date and so are no guarantee to advertisers in those publications, of current circulation figures. Our verification is the publication of our printing invoice for our latest magazine, which shows the amount printed. We also publish our mailing invoice which shows the amount posted out by Royal Mail and other carriers. The vast majority of our magazine recipients subscribe to The Property Ombudsman scheme. They are the principals and decision-makers of each member business. This, in itself, is a guarantee of the quality of our mailing list. We trust our advertisers and potential advertisers are reassured that PROPERTYdrum magazine is the largest circulation property magazine for those whose business is in sales, lettings, commercial and auctions and is reaching the largest target audience for their products and services.
